You can monitor the progress of your support requests through the Raven Labs Support Portal.
Step 1: Log in to the support portal
Visit:
Step 2: Go to "My Tickets"
After logging in, select "My Tickets" from your dashboard.
Step 3: View ticket details
You will see the following information:
• Ticket number
• Status (Open, On Hold, Closed)
• Last update
• Assigned department
Step 4: Check updates
Support agents will post replies and updates directly in the ticket.
You will also receive email notifications whenever there is an update.
