Customers can log in to the Raven Labs Support Portal to submit and track support requests.
Step 1: Open the support portal
Go to:
Step 2: Click "Sign In"
The Sign In option is located at the top-right corner of the page.
Step 3: Enter your login details
Provide your registered email address and password.
Step 4: Access your support dashboard
After logging in, you will be able to:
• View your tickets
• Submit new tickets
• Track ticket progress
• Communicate with support agents
If you do not have an account, click "Sign Up" and register with your email address.
