How to Reply to an Existing Support Ticket
If the support team asks for additional information, you can reply directly to your ticket.
Step 1: Log in to the support portal
Go to:
https://help.ravenlabs.com.au
Step 2: Open "My Tickets"
Locate the ticket you want to respond to.
Step 3: Open the ticket
Click the ticket subject to view the full conversation.
Step 4: Add your reply
Enter your response in the reply box.
Step 5: Submit the response
Click "Reply" to send your message to the support team.
Your response will be recorded in the ticket conversation.
