How to Attach Files or Screenshots to a Ticket
Attachments such as screenshots, documents, or log files help the support team understand your issue faster.
Step 1: Log in to the support portal
Visit:
https://help.ravenlabs.com.au
Step 2: Create or open a ticket
You can attach files while creating a new ticket or replying to an existing ticket.
Step 3: Upload your file
Click the attachment or upload icon.
Step 4: Select your file
Choose the file from your computer.
Step 5: Submit the ticket or reply
Once uploaded, submit your request.
The file will be attached to the ticket and visible to the support team.
